On the day of the extensions fitting, prior to the extensions being fitted, it is essential to:

-Wash hair thoroughly, ideally with a clarifying shampoo. Do not use conditioner or styling products.

-Hair must be straightened/blow-dryed (unless wavy) and left down (if possible) all day.
